"Dr. Teng put me at ease and inspired confidence just with her presence. I felt I could ask as many questions as I needed to. Post-operatively she came to my room to see me every day to steer my progress. Mine was a challenging case because of complications with my previous two mitral valve procedures. Dr Teng had to do painstaking and lengthy dissection through scar tissue to access the heart. Her approach resulted in minimal bleeding. I'm so lucky to have my new valve - I feel great and it seems to be working well. It was the best Christmas gift.
