"Dr. Latter came highly recommended to me by a doctor friend. I visited him pre- and post-surgery with type-written pages of questions and he took the time to send me home with handwritten answers, making sure my husband and I fully understood the procedure and results. He had a great bedside manner and treated me as if I mattered and that meant a great deal. I have made a couple of telephone calls to his office before and after surgery and both he and his secretary have returned my calls promptly.
