"I received strong recommendations about Drew Kirchner from a friend and a also from family member who are CT surgeons. Feedback was that his pump times are low and consistent and outcomes outstanding. Kirschner was the busiest CT surgeon in Baltimore before he was recruited to move to northwest Montana 7 years ago. He replaced my aortic valve in March, 2017, and was kind enough to call my CT surgeon cousin to discuss how the surgery went. Apparently, the replacement valve was a perfect fit, so I'm happy.
The pre-op consultation with Dr. Kirschner went well - he was patient, engaged, and answered all of my questions, but it was more business=like than warm and personal. Post-op in the hospital, I saw him for only a few minutes, however, the nurses and his team (his PAs) were always on top of things. Drew Kirschner was a good choice because of his massive experience and the very strong recommendations by other surgeons."
