To date, I have performed approximately 800 cardiac surgeries, of which more than 400 involved heart valve procedures. "Dr. Guler was excellent. At the initial meeting he took the time to answer the manner questions and concerns I had. He was reassuring and fully explained the aortic valve replacement options and their pros and cons. He met with my husband while I was in recovery to let him know how the surgery went and approximately when I would be moved to ICU. He and other members of his staff checked in on me daily while I was in the hospital and again answered any questions we had.
The heart valve replacement and bypasses have healed well and I am feeling so much better. The care was seamless, caring and professional from Dr. Guler and the staff with whom he works.

"Dr. Guler was excellent in reviewing all the diagnostic data to point out the need for surgery. The surgery was planned for 3 months to accommodate dental clearance.

After medical school, Dr. Guler completed a residency at Dr. Siyami Ersek Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital in 2020. Next, Dr. Guler completed a fellowship in advanced adult cardiac surgery with the Cleveland Clinic in 2022. Dr. Guler was a Clinical Associate with Cleveland Clinic in 2023.
