"Dr. Bloom works out of Massachusetts General Hospital. He's one of the only cardiac surgeons in New England who performs the Ross Procedure.
In our first meeting, he was very thorough in explaining the procedures, the length of the surgery, the outcomes and his training, including 6 months in London. He is personable and gave me his cell phone number if I had any questions at all. He visited me in the hospital many times.
I had an episode of very low blood pressure and he returned my call on a Friday night. He's on 24/7. I'm four weeks out now, and so far, so good. I'm able to breathe so much easier and have had minimal sternum pain."
