"At 74 years old, I had 45% regurgitation. At first the decision was mechanical valve replacement. On operation table doctor decided only repairing with annular ring would be good enough, which since proved to be success. Annual echocardiogram checks until today show only up to 5% regurgitation. Now soon to be 80 years old, I feel acceptably well."
