SAPIEN TAVR Deployment Animation Using Transapical Approach

In this animation, you will see how SAPIEN TAVR device is deployed in a patient's heart using a transapical approach. TAVR is an acronym for transcatheter aortic valve replacement. For select patients with severe aortic stenosis, TAVR is a non-invasive form of aortic valve replacement that does not require an incision to the patient's sternum or ribs.
