"Bedside manner before,very good; after surgery: zero. ONE post op visit. Serious complications that were neglected or dismissed. The cardiologist was equally casual. "He'll be fine..." was the litany. We did our research before hand feeling we were making the right decision; put our trust in these doctors during the "sales job" and ultimately, feel the post op treatment of the patient to be unconscionable. No assistance with the complications: we had to intervene and airlift the patient to Stanford where treatment was too late. I would never recommend this surgeon OR the Eisenhower Medical Center. I thought I was an informed consumer who did the due diligence on the front end. I no longer feel that confidence."
