Hey Andrew, As the newest member of our community... Welcome!!! Like you, I had aortic stenosis. Like you, I was also a bit shocked to learn that I had severe heart disease (even though I knew I had a murmur since I was five.)

The great news is that you caught it!!!

As you may know, Aortic Stenosis is often known as a "silent killer" in the medical community. Yes, it's uncomfortable knowing that surgery may be in the future. But, take comfort knowing that it's 2022... Not, 1962. Medical advances are really helping patients get treatment with less-and-less pain and faster-and-faster recovery.
