I do tick, it was a little weird at the beginning but now I barely notice it. My wife will fall asleep on my chest and it doesn't bother her. As far as the warfarin goes, it took a month or so to get my dose figured out but once I did it's been easy to control. I have a home test kit and now only test once every 3 weeks and just take the same dose everyday. Check more often if I change my diet, but with my onx valve I'm able to be on a much lower dose. No side effects I've noticed at all.  Happy to answer any questions you may have. I know it's a scary thing to go through but I honestly feel better than I did before.

Chris Charbs  I have yes, it's not urgent. Unless you missed more than 1. But it becomes part of your routine. You can adjust to make up for it and you have a range to stay into. I have a testing device so I can test my blood at home so I can make sure I'm in the range if I'm worried about anything.
