Hi Henry! Good to hear you had a great recovery! I liked your photos too. And Now you are part cow! Well me too! Still not going vegan, though, even though I could eat a relative. Ha!
I still have some issues from surgery. They say it could take up to 3 years to recover as far as I can. I think i am close. Summer is around the corner, so that helps recovery. Winter here was mostly in doors this year. Can't wait to get out the kayak, and do some golfing!
The Lord is drawing me closer to him through all this! He works on our heart in so many ways! My wife heard someone say about heart surgery..." its just the Lord doing renos! " I like that!

Henry Zinno Thanks for your message. Continue on doing what you are doing. Keeping healthy and heart strong. I am so glad that I didn’t let my fears overcome me but followed all the directions Dr Stelzer gave to me. Luckily I am stronger than ever. And yes I worry about having a steak and eating a relative but I’m over that now. Gods blessings to you always.

Henry Zinno Good to hear from you. Stay in good health and good shape and then get the surgery done You will feel so much better after For me it’s like it never happened. No scar, no pain, blood pressure back to normal, and I am happy every day !
