Jon, first off, thank you for all the years you have been helping and being there for so many others. Now it is your turn! I have not met too many here with primary Tricuspid regurgitation and am so glad you are here. I have not had my surgery yet. I will be praying for you and hope to stay in touch here throughout your heart journey. I will be having a TEE on April 2nd and am very anxious about it. I am a single mom with a teenager still at home with me and it worries me every single day. Wishing you peace and blessings on this journey.

Jon Oletzke Thank you for your encouragement. I suppose my primary is actually a quad Bypass then Atrial regurgitation. Oh well. Still figuring out all this new heart language. Speaking of heart and having a TEE, I just had one last Tuesday. The procedure itself is straight forward. I received anatheisa for the procedure which helped me. The procedure only took 45 minutes. It left me with a next day sore throat and that went away in a day or so. God's peace to you. May all the 'hands which help you' be guided by His unseen hand'...

Jon Oletzke It appears I've got a laundry list of cardiovascular issues. All this sounds crazy and complex. I requested my Cardiologist send a referral for me to Mayo Clinic here in Phoenix AZ where I live. My cardiologist says I have and need the following: I have a CAC score of 5433. So CAD... I need an aortic valve replacement; ascending aorta replacement; triple By-Pass; left atrial appendage closure; and I have persistent atrial fibrillation. They also found a 8mm nodule in one lung and I haven't heard yet whether it's benign or... My wife Melodee and I are really looking forward to meeting our surgeon for specificity of diagnosis and what exactly he / and Mayo Cardiovascular physician team recommends. My Cardiologist said to me after my angiogram... "you are going to need someone highly skilled doing your surgery". Well, we will meet the Dr. this Wednesday. Pray it goes well.
