Hello I am 6 weeks post op and I want to add that the worst part of the entire surgery if I had to choose only one was the removal of the chest tubes.I didn\'t know I would have them let alone realize they would have to be removed. With my anxiety it was probably a good thing I didnt know in advance. It was horrid!

Mark, glad your recovery is going well, keep up the walking and take naps when you need to. Good for you for getting off the pain medication, but don\'t be afraid to take tylenol or ibuprofen if you need it, the aches and pains come and go. Each week gets better! Holly P
