I saw your post on losartan as i also have a 4.1 cm aneurism and i am currently on amlodipine for the same reason which if i read correctly ,not being a pharmacist is taken to lower blood pressure and take strain off the arteries. It has worked for me so far no changes since detected a few years back. As they like to say, high blood pressure or hypertension is the silent killer.

Cant remember if anyone has mentioned Bicuspid valve repair to you. If your primary problem is regurgitation, and you don’t have a lot of calcium buildup, repair might be a good option for you to look into. Not every surgeon does aortic repairs, but I would research that in your fact-finding phase. You would have to go to an excellent hospital to find someone who does many aortic repairs. Just thought I would mention that.
