Hi Tim! So happy things are going well! It sounds like you are a walking champion :). That's so great! Many, many people don't do the walking...you would be shocked! What a difference it makes in recovery though! I saw on another post that you are having discomfort between your shoulder blades. Exactly what I had. If you have a chiropractor he/she can use an activator on your back and help you with stretches until you are healed enough for a full adjustment in that portion of the spine. It really helps! The ribcage is connected to the sternum in the front and the thoracic spine (T1-T10) in the back for stability and protection...so it all needs to be straightened back out after you've been wired back together in the front! You will be amazed at how deeply you can breathe after a thoracic adjustment too! I also used Icy Hot for the muscle tension around that area in the back...especially before bed. Best wishes for continued success in your recovery!

My husband played professional football after playing at Vanderbilt University and then went back to school for 4 more years to become a Chiropractor for me :). We love it!! His team Chiropractors in the NFL and CFL helped him enjoy a long football career, well into his 30's. They told him he should be a Chiro because of his love of anatomy and physiology and they were right! I am pretty spoiled by him and love to share the message of how life changing it can be! I'm his biggest cheerleader Lol <3
