Hello to all, its been awhile since I've posted. I hope everyone is doing great and feeling better and best of wishes to those having surgery soon! I wanted to give a quick update... It has been 17 weeks post Ross procedure, and this is me at mountain Monserrate in Bogota, Colombia (10,000ft above sea level)... it was the most physically challenging task I have done since surgery, but I felt amazing once up there!! I finish rehab this week and I can say that it has definitely made me feel back to normal!! had my last virtual visit with my Cardiologist about a month ago and told me just to check up yearly with him. All is good and life is good, grateful to be alive. Everyone be safe and take care of yourselves.

Greg Lewis Great to see you doing so good! This post is inspiring, so thanks! I am post surger(ies) about 18 mos. It's been a long road to get here. Hit another hurdle now, but it will get better.I am supposed to go to Brazil next winter to see my brother, and really hope I am back to good strength! He wants to do a long road tour in Brazil. So we'll see.
