I am newly diagnosed. Was sent for a first echo 2 years ago and in 2020 the 2nd echo slipped into the "moderate to severe zone." A relative directed me to Adam Pick's website and newsletter. It has been a blessing. I went into my first teleconference after my diagnosis (severe aortic stenosis, probably bicuspid...hard to tell) extremely well informed. I understood everything she said and had all my questions lined up. Surgery is probably about a year out. My stress echo went really well and I'm able to maintain my road biking of about 80-100 miles a week with no problem so far. Have already picked out a surgeon to see out of the great site Adam has organized on the site. Thanks a million!
