Saw Dr Varvaris today Sept 17th 2015 and he said surgery not necessary at this time, will do another echo in January 7 2016 and follow up In a week later,he says all is good for now do whatever you want and will see you late fall of 2016, and go from there if there are any problems.
GOOD NEWS!!!!
HAD Echo and saw Dr V in Jan 2017 said all was good,see me 18 months after next Echo.
In March of 17, started feeling tired,not sleeping well, had appointment with my reg Dr for blood work for my diabetes,it wasn't bad at all,told him my new probs, he set me up for a scope down the throat to look and see if I might have an ulcer, had that done in latter part of March,said all looked good in there,tried to set me up for upper g-I series, I had already called Dr V (cardiologist) told him semtoms and they got me in to see him beginning of April and he told me It was time to have a Heartcath,an see what was going on.
Next few days had Heartcath buy Dr V and he told usI not only needed the valve replaced but that I also needed a triple bypass.
He set me up with Dr K Accola for a meet and decide what to do.
Met with Dr Alcoca and his PA and they told me they would do this on May 11 2017 (8 more days).
Will go in the day before for 4 hrs of tests and to be in the Hospital at 5am next day.
This is all for now!
On May 11/17 had the procedure, but also had an afib prob so they put me on warfarin for awhile.
June 5 Will be going to see Dr Accola for the first time and see what he thinks for my future.
