About Me (In My Own Words)
I was born with a bi-cuspid valve. Never really knew until December 2017. I was 48 years old and had to face OHS. Still seems unbelievable.
One year later, I am living a mostly normal life, less salt, less fat, more exercise, but pretty normal and no shortness of breathe!
