About Me (In My Own Words)
I am currently recovering from my AVR. I had a mechanical SJM valve implanted.
My recovery is going well, however, I am very much in the take it easy phase and I am looking forward to getting the all clear from the doctor to start doing more activities and rebuilding my fitness levels.
