Good afternoon y'all, i've been coming to this site for advice and wisdom for a couple months now but just posting for the first time. My surgery is on Friday March 15 and they will be replacing my aortic valve and aortic root due to an aneurysm and bicuspid valve. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Mike Roskowinski Welcome Andrew! Thoughts and prayers are with you during these times. Still waiting on a date for my surgery. But on this site you will find many stories of success and happiness. Take the time to read everyone's story that you can and go through their journals. I have learned so much and feel as ready as I will ever be. So glad that we have this website to be able to share because I would be 100 times more freaked out if I was going into this blind and not knowing the outcomes people have. Amazing and strong people out here!!
