Jean Raber I don't think anybody who's been through OHS should ever again consider herself/himself a baby, Beverly. Somebody (albeit a skilled someone) has invaded your airways, cut into your chest, and prodded and scraped your vital organs with sharp implements. There's so much talk sometimes about how grateful we should feel to be alive, that we're sometimes in danger of forgetting that we've been through hell and need to be good to ourselves. Bless you!

Beverley Keddo Tammy, Shirley and Jean thank you for your words of support they are very very much appreciated. Surgical Team have handed me back to my Heart Failure Team - which I am happy about as they know me really well and my personal Nurse Matt is amazing. All my questions were answered and I had a look at the xray showing the wires ....... wow. The pain I am experiencing is relatively normal I have been told as it is not yet 6 months and there is still lots of healing happening inside. Left side particularly tender as they harvested my mammary artery my anxiety has been somewhat relieved, Have a wonderful weekend all and i do pray that the good Lord will continue to shower us with his blessings and grant us the strength and courage to face each day. xx xx xx
Jean Raber Glad you got some answers and are with staff you know and like. Makes a big difference, eh?
Tammy Pilcher That sounds good, Beverley! Amen to your prayer, too!
