Went through the catherization 2 weeks ago and that was okay. Glad though because 70% arterial blockage was also found. Going for ste stent to open the bolckage om May 31 and then about a month later, the TAVR. Was very nervous about the catherization but because i had little discomfort except for the long wait until allowed to leave .
It took me several days to ovecome the crazy concern about the artery and veins healing properly. Once I got beyond that I was a bit tired but most important no longer anxious about any of the future procedures.
The docc did state that the TAVR will require a larger catheter and a bit more discomfort.
I am elated about the positive response from all who have gone through a valve replacement. Something wonderful to look forward to and enjoy.

HOWARD SCHNELL Thank you. I have the easy part-just showing up! The doc have the slightly more difficult problem. To make sure of this, I promised them an ice cream party to entice them to do an outstanding procedure. Just added insurance.
