Marie Myers Has the leaking and stenosis worsened, or was it present right after surgery? I think that is a good question for your cardiologist. I have experienced depression, but mine was unrelated to the heart surgery. Hopefully you have spoken to your primary doctor about this, and discussed whether you need treatment. Klara Čičić Dear Joanna, depending on how big the leakage and stenosis are, I am sure they will monitor you and decide when it is time to intervene again, ask your cardiologist definitely. It happens sometimes. And depression is often mentioned here on this site, a lot of heart warriors had it post-heart-surgery. You are not alone.
