Louanna Miller I experienced the same as you described. I found it better to not evaluate my progress each day. It seemed like I saw more progress every 3rd day. You are very early in your recovery. Listen to your body and rest when you feel it’s necessary.

Hello everyone that sees, so if you read my story you know what’s up. Recently had open heart surgery to replace a 16 year old vale with another pig vale, on the road to recovery so far hasn’t been to bad, I have back pain still and still feel like I have to take a deep breath, I don’t feel super amazing like I thought I would feel, hopeful it will change in the next weeks ahead, I have good days and bad days still, sometimes let my own brain over think things, I get a little worried i will still feel the same or my heart vale will reject but it’s all in my head, just a few things on my mind I heard a clicking nose be for surgery, and I still kinda hear it not all much when I get tired I’m hoping it fades... have a check up in few days
