Good Afternoon Anders, Your story is very much like mine, so I was really hoping and praying to be able to learn some information from you and track your progress. I'm also 43 years old and checked many options until I was blessed with the opportunity to be referred to USC Keck Hall and Dr. Starnes for my Ross Procedure. I'm a few months away from my surgery date as I'm still waiting for my insurance to clear in ?January, but at that time I'm full go. Is there anything you can tell me that I should be doing to prepare for this procedure in January? Any advice or words of instruction are a blessing for me and my family. I hope you don't mind me leaning on you for guidance. Our situations couldn't be more familiar. Thank you Trevor

Anders Carlos Sarah, I also found that rolling out my whole back with a foam roller religiously in the months prior to surgery allowed for greater flexibility and mobility once I had the procedure. Good luck I’m sure you’re going to be OK.
