Hi Craig! How's your recovery from your second surgery going? I was supposed to see my surgeon yesterday about what to do about my sternal nonunion, but had to reschedule to next week. He had an especially difficult emergency surgery which made the probablility of him actually making it to the clinic very remote. Was your surgery to put plates on your sternum worth it? How are you feeling now that you've had about 4 weeks to heal? Is your pain going away or gone? I'm finding that my sternal pain is increasing and catches me off-guard occasionally when I move the wrong way. Let me know how you're doing.

Hi Craig.. I got the same valve as you Edwards Magna Ease 23mm 11 weeks ago. I will be 56 next week, was told it should last 10-15 years hopefully more.. let's pray that they do and by then there is no more OHS and TAVR is gold standard
