Elizabeth Roth Kim , thank you so much for the encouragement and for saying Hello. I'm so happy to hear from you! How are things with you? I also have mild MVR but I think my symptoms are coming from the TV. Did or are you experiencing symptoms? Did you find a Dr you like?

Kimberly Eisenhut Richard, you are a SUPER hvs step dad Elizabeth, I have shortness of breath when doing even mild cardio, but no chest pain since starting Amlodipine besylate about 6 years ago. I also take lisinopril and pravastatin. I do have a wonderful Dr. at Northwestern Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute in Chicago, IL. Her name is Dr Rigolin and I have also spoken to a cardiac surgeon; Dr. Malaisrie. He does a lot of minimally invasive surgeries and told me 2 years ago I could be a candidate for it, which made me feel better. I have mild regurgitation of mitral valve and it is not the main focus. My numbers have stayed pretty steady since 2018 and I am hopeful they stay that way for at least a few more years. My Dr has told me for Tricuspid, they mailnly watch your symptoms such as swelling, the size of your right ventricle to see if it is enlarged and amount of regurgitation. Most people will have trivial or mild regurgitation by a certain age. My 18 year old has trivial regurgitation in 3 of his valves. They are not concerned yet, but we will always keep an eye on it. I do think some of it is hereditary at times. What are your symptoms?
Thank you , I am doing okay .
