Dan Fouratt  Manuel, I was in my early 30s when the found my BAV through regurgitation mild.  I lived with it for over 30 years before failing a stress test last December.  It was replaced in March 2024. During the 30 plus years I saw my cardiologist annual. My Michigan cardiologist believed in stress tests more often.  My NC doctor no so often.  He did not like the sound of my heart in Dec 2023 and said he wanted another stress test.  My previous one was only 13 months before.  I failed and in 13 months I went from moderate to severe stenosis.  I am not a doctor but I think you have plenty of time. See your cardiologist regularly. Do not fret over the eventual replacement.  My MI doctor use to joke about liking to see me as I was the only healthy patient he saw regularly.  So enjoy the 30 plus years of not having to have it replace and being the healthy patient.
