I have mitral valve reapir on 14 sept. 2023, trough right site of the chest. I want to tell you, that I have too dizzy spells (especially when walking) and they get stronger when I overdo with walking, but they are rare now, i.e. they get better.
About exercise: I was also supprised that I am not able to walk as far as some people post here, that tehy fully recover at 4th week, etc. I found that I feel better with less walking, than when I overdo. Now I walk 5-5.6 km. daily, and even do not observe the time, but ussualy for 1 hour 20 min, slower than before, when I overexert myself.
Cuold please tell what were your LA/LVdimennsions before syrgery, BP, and symtoms (if any) ?
About the tricuspid valve, which were exactly the findings - some mild MR, maybe?
