You are just over a month post op , that is very early days .
If you have pain , taking a couple of paracetamol can make a big difference to how you feel .
There aren ‘t any prizes given out for putting up with or tolerating pain unnecessarily.
You are doing really well .

I had been feeling sad when I realized God wasn't finished with me yet and that's why I found out I needed the surgery and got it. God is not finished with you yet either 🙏♥️

Recovery can be very emotional at times , with ups and downs and that is all very normal .

My heart valve is also mechanical , I had emergency open heart surgery over three years ago and my mitral valve was replaced .
