Hi Matt
I also have a bicuspid aortic valve and a dilated ascending aorta. I experience the same feeling of dizziness and generally feel spaced out, and yes, tired all the time as well. My aortic valve has narrowed to the point of severe and I am now awaiting a surgery date to replace it.
I also get tightness in my chest upon exertion...
I suspect you will find many people here have the same symptoms as you describe, you are not alone!

Tammy Pilcher Yes, I had those same symptoms and my bicuspid aortic valve was at a critical level of stenosis when found with a valve area of 0.39cm2. My valve replacement was one year ago and I've done great. Praying for you. God bless!

Hi Matt, I also have bicuspid aortic valve and a aortic anyerism last checked at 4.6 cm. I actually just found out in July so I can empathize with what you're going through. I have had some dizziness and shortness of breath. They haven't been to severe but I have been present. My cardiologist and surgeon both said this would probably happen because the bicuspid caused a leak which has caused the narrowing of my aortic valve. Good luck with everything!!
