I saw you asked about complete heart block in another patient's post 8 weeks post surgery.
That is a possible complication of certain open heart surgeries . The complete block is caused by an interruption of the heart's normal conduction system. If it does not resolve on its own or with temporary pacing, the answer would be a permanent pacemaker I don't think it is very common complication at 8 weeks out.

Muhammad, you might want to try eating some Chinese bok choy. It has helped me alot. This vegetable seems to provide some extra liquid to the GI track to help with the bowel movements. A cup of cooked bok choy with its liquid at dinner each day does wonders. Cut up the bok choy and boil in water until it is soft, not crunchy.
