Hi Stephen, I'm 8 weeks post Op for the same issue/surgery (I'm 62). It really is not that bad. I'm very glad to have it past me, the wait was horrible. I'm back to doing everything I did pre-surgery. I do still have some soreness and a little "tingling" from the nerves in the incision area but every day it gets less. It's amazing was a fine-tuned machine the operating team and recovery team is. I was totally impressed. You'll do great and be glad you did it when you wake up.

Almost there, Stephen. It will over soon and you will be on your way to recovery. I had a mitral valve repair too and was so happy and relieved that it was done. And, I hear ya. Italy does have some amazing surgeons. I am pretty certain that Italy is where the innovative mitral valve clip was invented! Godspeed.

I prefer well done with cheese and linguica a portuguese sausage common in my area. Lots of portugese folks settled here. I had a linguica and cheese omelet the other morning at a diner. An artery clogger for sure.

Richard Munson Like a lot of similar foods, you would probably not enjoy seeing it produced. Word has it that witnessing hot dog production is a game changer. The smell driving by the gaspar factory is a little strong. Its between my house and my cardiologists office. They have a factory outlet. Another brand is amaral but never ate that one. That smoked salmon i ate did raise my b/p a bit. Seems back to normal. I wonder if Scandinavians have high b/p eating smoked salmon a lot. Now that pot is legal in massachusetts can smoking salmon be far behind? Maybe thats why abba retired so young. Too much salmon.
