Thanks for the support Tom. We are lucky to live near such a great hospital system. The Fairview cardiac rehab is so convenient with its separate parking lot and direct access. I live in Rocky River and work downtown, so I am able to head there around 7AM and then go downtown immediately afterwards.

most of the time they will tell you to take it slow dont over do it if you need to rest stop and rest the way they do it in my cardio rehab is a 15 min warm up exercise and then 15 min on one machine then 15 min on another machine and then a 15 min cool down exercise which works out real well steve (popeye)

I am from Canton, Ohio. So we are kind of neighbors! :) anyway I am waiting to see my cardiologist. I have two leaky valves, and I was thinking of maybe just going to Cleveland Clinic. It is out of network for me so my insurance doesn't pay as much as they would if they were I'm network. Anyway, I thought I would ask what you thought of your doctor? Thanks
