Richard Munson Deena, that is so nice, thank you. She seems a little better today but she was also pumped full of cortisone yesterday. Time will tell. I need this stress after heart surgery. I just turned the kitchen lights off so my 2 girls can get some sleep.

Kimberly Eisenhut Hello,
you really do look amazing! I have not had surgery as yet, but have not met anyone with tricuspid. Very rare and hard to connect with anhyone with same diagnosis I have. I am at moderate to severe, closer to severe regurgitation and have a 4.1 aortic aneurysm. Mytricuspid is mild also. I just wanted to touch base wih you and say hello to someone that has been through it and hoping to be able to stay in contact and if you'd be willing to talk once in a while, so I don't feel quite so alone through this.
I was diagnosed in 2016, and it is gradually becoming worse. Difficulty walking long distances, cant ride my bike any longer, as I just get too out of breath just going around the block. I can ride my bowlex bike indoors for 5-6 miles without much problem.
I am so glad to see you looking o well, and wish you a speedy recovery and hope to touch base once in a while :)
My family doesn not take an intrest in my diagnosis, and I am a single parent with a teenage son. My oldest is 35, second son is 31, and youngest just turned 16 today! I am so grateful for this community.
Oh, my Cardiologist is Dr, Rigolin out of Northwestern Bluhm cardiovascular institute in Chicago.

Looks like a fort that kids make, but it works for my back pain:). Couldnt take another night of sleeping only on my back. The side pillows let me turn to my side about 30 degrees. So little stress on incision and less on back!
Lynn Loudermilk I can't do that, hubby would have no place to sleep
Deena Z Laughing. Well, maybe one pillow on the side....

Patsy Stewart No danger in you rolling out of bed and onto the floor! I also slept on a wedge for several months before surgery. It caused me to slide down in the bed at night. After surgery, I learned to put a pillow under my knees and kind of tuck a smaller one in on my right side/back. It took some of the stress off of my back and also helped with the sliding. The back pain is the worst! It was unbearable even when trying to get my daily walking in. That has all finally gotten better. I was told that that back pain stems from them cutting your sternum open and spreading your ribs apart. Come to think of it....OUCH!! Prayers that you are feeling better and the pain is easing up for you. You’re doing great! Enjoy your ice cream!
