Michael Eichhorn Hope I can start lifting again soon. Lost most of my muscle in my Chest and Shoulders. I feel so much better than I thought I would after a month. I am so blessed! Thank you God! Thank you Dr. Gaca and the staff at Duke! I thought I would be more self conscious of my scars but actually I am pretty proud to show them off. Lol. Prayers for all going into surgery and recovering🙏🙏.

Willie Radl Your scar looks great! At about 8 weeks post op I felt pretty comfortable increasing the weights. Doing 20-30 LB dumbells for shoulders, curls, tricep extensions. I feel like I could do a lot more but I'm just going to ease back into the weights slowly......no need to rush it.
