About Me (In My Own Words)
I have had shortness of breath for an extended period. After Echo Cardiogram, it was discovered that I had Mitral Valve prolapse and Mitral Regurgitation. The echo showed that a chordae may have detached from the anterior leaflet allowing it to flop around.
I am now consulting with surgeons to see what kinds of repair are available for this condition.
I have, not yet, settled on a surgeon or hospital.
