About Me (In My Own Words)

I was diagnosed with severe aortic valve stenosis in January of this year and told I needed a valve replacement. In May I was told I was not a good candidate for TAVR, and had to schedule open heart surgery. Now my surgery is a week away and I have a cold; I’m worried I may have to postpone surgery.
