About Me (In My Own Words)
After a routine annual physical last November and a normal EKG, an ordered Echocardiogram and MRI diagnosed a Bicuspid Aortic valve, with moderate stenosis, and a 5 cm dilation on my Ascending Aorta.
My surgery in now scheduled for 04/08/2025, to replace the Aortic Valve with a bovine bio-prosthetic valve and repair the ascending Aorta aneurism.
I also have a long scar on my left side from a heart surgery performed when I was 4 years old.
