About Me (In My Own Words)
2017 has been a very eventful year for me. I went from no knowledge of any heart problems to needing open heart surgery within the next month. I have moderate-severe aortic regurgitation due to a bicuspid aortic valve. My heart is getting bigger along with the aortic root. I would like to have the Ross procedure done. If you have gone through this procedure around 30 years old I would love to hear anything about your experience, especially if you had it done in Texas.
