About Me (In My Own Words)
Several years ago, during a routine physical exam, I got diagnosed with a heart murmur. After seeing a cardiologist, I got diagnosed with BAV and aortic aneurysm. I was always told that surgery was in my near future and it was never a question of if but when. Being asymptomatic I thought the surgery would take place some 10-15 yrs out (at least it was a wishful thinking), but now its around the corner.
