Day one post op and dr Gillinov was able to successfully do a Robotic minimally invasive repair Of my mitral valve. I'm feeling pretty good…moved to step down unit earlier today, have done two laps around nurses station, And very limited pain medication. I'm so grateful to the Cleveland clinic... Read more.

I'm day one post op and feeling pretty good! Dr Gillinov was able to use the robot for mitral valve repair. I moved to Step down this afternoon about 24 hours post Surgery, and have done two laps around the nurses station w a walker, not having mu

Scheduled for mitral valve repair......expecting this to be minimally invasive. Have been followed by Cleveland Clinic for 7 years and it is time.
