The pacemaker surgery was fast and I did not feel anything until I returned home. I am experiencing discomfort and pain and having difficulty sleeping. Removing the bandage I am shocked to see swelling, black and blue and very red at the incision site. C

On my way to NY Presbyterian for my scheduled pacemaker replacement after 14years. In 2010 I had aortic valve open heart surgery and TAVR in 2021. I am looking forward to being the energizer bunny again at 73. My pacemaker advice is to make sure you get your check ups!
