Would like to know what the best option is for a 40-year-old male with biscuspid aortic valve (Sievers class II) with reduced opening & severe valvular aortic stenosis (aortic valve area 0.66 cm2), calcified aortic cusps, normal proximal aortic dimensions, no aortic regurgitation, mild mitral regurgitation and hyperdynamic left ventricle (Ejection Fraction = > 70%). Mechanical or tissue valve replacement through surgery, Ross procedure or Transcatheter aortic valve replacement?
