After almost one year after my valve surgery, friends/family have expected me to recover completely to my prior exercise regime. Not quite so. Sue Tom Hi Steph, was wondering what your prior exercise regime was as compared to what it is now. I'm 69 in Calif, will have surgery for aortic aneurysm on 9/18 via full sternotomy. Just trying to anticipate how much walking I can do after surgery. Thanks.
