Echo shows these two valves regurgitating, and mild PH. Leads me to believe valve repair in my future.

Jim O'Brien Welcome Teresa. I had a Mitral Valve Prolapse with severe Regurgitation. I underwent minimal invasive open heart surgery and my Mitral Valve was repaired on Nov. 24th. I'm still in the middle or so of recovery with a ways to go. But so far, so good. This site will provide you with lots of helpful information, support and encouragement. I consider myself blessed to have come across it. If you haven't already done so, be sure to get a copy of Adam Pick's very helpful book. It has been very helpful.
