Hello Veronica, it is not unexplained, it’s a product of the position of our arms while surgery is performed. It will go away in time. Be patient 🙏❤️

Hi Veronica. Ana is correct. You might try a heating pad when it hurts. That seemed to help me. But eventually, it will go away.

Did you get a ortho shoulder consult to determine what exactly is wrong? It could just be muscular, or you might have experienced a positioning injury to your shoulder. I had lots of upper neck and back aches early in my recovery, which is attributable to positioning for surgery. If... Read more.

Ana/Rose/Marie thank you all for your comments. It has been three years since my surgery. I notice that if I lift or use my arms a lot it triggers the pain. Sometimes even walking fast or when I use my roller bag through the airport. Mostly in my shoulder blade... Read more.

I get that a lot. It is a knot at my shoulder blade. And my message therapist works it out for awhile. And it keeps coming back. Also since surgery. Or its AGE disease maybe.

Greg, I have gone to PT too and nothing seems to help...except the heating pad when it gets bad. And weird how it is sometimes painful but not always.

Physio didn't really help mine either. I found a great massage therapist, that helps it a lot. She does cup therapy on it and works out the knots. Then it's good for awhile. I have also had a chiropractor help it too. What really helped my body pains, though, was... Read more.
