Alma Mater I'm okay, not really any news. I went to the Heart Institute, had more tests, but no answers yet. I won't see my doctor until the 25th. :( For now, I'm assuming that I have POTS, because my symptoms are still bad, but if my valve was as bad as I feel, they wouldn't be letting this drag on so long. Thanks so much for your kind thoughts.

Shirley Turner He is going well he is enjoying fishing but he never catches anything! He works all day caring for his mango orchard. No symptoms for about a month now. Such a big change in his personality chilled and happy like he was before he got crook. (symptomatic) However on Wednesday he is going for a neck and carotid scan to check for any blockages.
We are still waiting for an appointment at the older persons clinic to have his short term memory assessed before any possible surgery. We do not know what the cardiologist has decided at this stage. So we are worry free at the moment and just enjoying life.

Alma Mater Thanks so much, Shirley. I'm doing well, just waiting to hear from Ottawa! My symptoms are a lot better than they were the week I was in hospital. And my dad is here, helping us manage. So it's just a waiting game. :)

Good luck Alma, everything is going to change gradually after your surgery. Hope your jaw feels better. Sometimes, stress and tension causes jaw pain. I have TMJ which is very common in people but stress makes it worse. God Bless you and again be positive and relax. God has a plan for you. I am 3 wks post op Mitral Valve repair due to regurgitation and I feel great. So, I know you will do great! Hugs and kisses oxox
