Best of luck tomorrow! Since you ski I’ll tell you what my surgeon said to me out here in Colorado when I asked about waking up after OHS; “you’ll be completely snowed out”. The comment definitely reminded me of the slopes and I was “snowed out” and was back to snowboarding 7 mos later. You’ve got this!

Sounds like a lot of work Arthur-I had the same issues only mine was avr,tricuspid repair and cabg. I had my second avr 7 years ago and another cabg - I am now 78 years young and still playing golf and fishing- keep a positive attitude and look to your faith to get you through this surgery-

Arthur, by the way that was my father’s name too. Hope you are staying strong and fighting that awful virus. You are very close to wonderful and great hospitals, I’m sure you will find the right surgery team and hospital. I have been thru Connecticut when I lived in NYC.
